1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand and acknowledge that participation in fitness, exercise, physical training, and athletic activities involves inherent and substantial risks, whether the activity is conducted indoors or outdoors.
These risks include, but are not limited to:
• Muscle strain, sprains, or tears
• Joint injuries
• Cardiac events, including heart attack or stroke; dizziness, fainting, dehydration, or heat exhaustion
• Injury from the use of weights, resistance equipment, or body-weight exercises
• Slips, falls, or collisions with people or equipment
• Permanent injury, disability, illness, or death
I specifically acknowledge the risks associated with outdoor fitness activities, including heat, humidity, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, and physical exertion beyond my normal activity level.
I voluntarily choose to participate in this event hosted by Made for Bigger Inc. and freely assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.

2. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT & FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE
I certify that:
• I am physically and medically able to participate in this event.
• I have no condition that would make participation unsafe, or I have received medical clearance.
• I understand it is my responsibility to monitor my condition and stop participating if I experience pain, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, or discomfort.
I acknowledge that Made for Bigger Inc. does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or supervision, and that emergency medical services may not be immediately available.

3. COMMUNICABLE ILLNESS & COVID-19
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I understand that participation in group fitness events may expose me to communicable illnesses, including but not limited to COVID-19, influenza, or other viral or bacterial infections.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases and agree that Made for Bigger Inc. shall not be held liable for any illness, infection, or related complications that may result from my participation.

4. RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY (GEORGIA LAW)
In consideration for being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Made for Bigger Inc., including its owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, trainers, event staff, affiliates, and vendors, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation.
This release includes, but is not limited to, claims for:
• Personal injury
• Illness or sickness
• Emotional distress
• Property damage
• Permanent disability
• Death
This release applies to claims caused by the negligence of Made for Bigger Inc. or any released party, to the fullest extent permitted under Georgia law.

5. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Made for Bigger Inc. from any claims, actions, damages, costs, or attorney's fees arising from my participation, including claims brought by third parties or by my family, heirs, or representatives.

6. MANDATORY PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE (CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION)
I understand and agree that this event will be photographed, filmed, and recorded.
By participating, 1 grant Made for Bigger Inc. the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, video recordings, or other media for promotional, marketing, educational, and informational purposes, in medium now known or later developed, without compensation or prior approval.

I acknowledge that consent to photography and videography is a condition of participation in this event, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials.

7. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action arising out of this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Georgia.

8. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities organized by APEX Grit, including but not limited to fitness classes, workouts, competitions, demonstrations, media shoots, gym tours, and related events (collectively referred to as “Activities”).

I acknowledge that:
• I have carefully read this agreement in its entirety
I fully understand its contents
• I am signing it voluntarily and of my own free will
• I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights

MINORS:

I understand that this waiver does not eliminate a minor's statutory rights, but it is intended to reflect my informed consent and assumption of risk as a parent or legal guardian.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Made for Bigger Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from my child's participation, including claims brought by or on behalf of my child or any third party.

I understand and agree that this event will be photographed, filmed, and recorded.
I grant Made for Bigger Inc. the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use my child's name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs or recordings for promotional, marketing, educational, and informational purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or prior approval.
I acknowledge that media consent is a condition of participation.

7. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, and any legal action shall be brought exclusively in Georgia courts.
I acknowledge that:
• I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor listed above
• I have read and understand this agreement in full
• I am signing voluntarily and with full authority
I understand the risks in signing and consent to my child's participation
